Working with Christine was very pleasant, form viewing houses together, to discussing potential options. She quickly helped me figure out which things I cared more about than others (location, size, specific features), and was very knowledgable about different neighborhoods and their pros and cons.
When some issues arose during the final walkthrough, Christine expertly handled the situation. She advocated for me, and negotiated terms that were very favorable to me. She also explained my buyer's rights under Colorado law, should the terms not be fulfilled. We were able to close on the same day, and the issues were all resolved according to the negotiated terms.
